Food 101: Black Midnight Cake

For two weeks now, I've been bugging my friends and family, asking them of their signature dishes and specialties so that I can have something to post here. My college friend Chef Kristel Llana, gladly took the challenge.
So here's her version of Black Midnight Cake, yes you can drool now :)
What you'll need:
1cup Flour,sifted
3/4cup sugar
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 of 1/3 cup cocoa
1/4cup butter
1/2cup milk
1pc. egg
1/2 tsp vanilla

1. grease baking pan and pre heat the oven at 250° F to 300° F.
2. sift all dry ingredients in a bowl.
3. melt butter and add milk, egg and vanilla.
4. slowly pour the dry ingredients into the liquid mixture.
5. beating the batter mixture until smooth and fluffy for 2 to 3 minutes.
6. pour onto baking pan and bake for 45 minutes.
*let it cool before splitting it into half and spread your desired filling. :)

white chocolate bars, melted
milk
mix altogether and topped into your cake.
*for toppings and designs. you can use a chocolate bar. grate and slice it. for best result. freeze your chocolate. :)
