Travel Kikay :)

The sun is at its highest and strongest points between 10am-2pm so avoid staying under the sun at these hours. Or, you may risk yourself of getting sunburned. Yikes, not healthy for your well-loved skin. You may end up as a toasted boar. Haha.
Slather on some sunscreen. The SPF (Sun Protection Factor) number, when multiplied by the amount of time it takes your skin to burn under the sun without sunscreen, determines how much time is allowed to pass before putting more lotion on. Opt for a high SPF sunscreen to avoid constant application. Of course, you want to enjoy the sun, the beach or anywhere you chose to travel to, and have the helluvah fun with friends. You don’t want to spoil the pleasures of leisure time because of reapplying sunscreen lotion.

Protect your smackers with lip balm, and keep reapplying throughout the day. Avoid shiny lip gloss as they attract the sun’s rays. The beauty store also offers lip balms with high moisturizing effects and SPF, comes in different shades and flavours too.
Seek the shade. Wear a cap to protect wrinkle-prone areas like the forehead, or use an umbrella to keep you cool and protected. Also, don’t forget your stylish pair of sunglasses, not only will they protect the skin around your eyes, they’ll protect the eyes from forming cataracts. Get a pair with 100-percent UV protection lenses.
Don’t forget the conditioner. You may skip your usual shampoo habit but never forget to condition your hair as they may get dry, dull and brittle under the sun. Prevention is always better than cure.
Carry a hankie with you at all times to blot out the excess oil that clogs up your pores. You may also keep a facial tissue handy to keep clean.
Wear light clothes. As the dark shades of clothes would only absorb the heat of the sun. Wear comfy, maybe cotton tops, so you can keep cool throughout the day.
Leave the watch in your hotel room. This way you can have the fun you needed. Allow the sun rise and sunset to tell you what time it is, the Mother Nature’s way. The constant time checking might spoil you of having spontaneous plain fun!
Always have your camera with you. You may never know when the best experiences you’ll have would happen and things might not be repeated so always have the cam close and smile the vacation away. Just point and shoot and enjoy every moment you’ll have.
Smile. And enjoy your well-deserved vacation! This is the best opportunity to explore and see new sights and experience new things so there, indulge yourself.

I'd probably learn pastry making soon but maybe calligraphy lessons sooner. Normal is boring. Most of the people close to me prolly think I'm weird. I dunno. About the Blog

WONOLOGUES is an experimental blog I started in 2008. I coined it by combining WOWO+MONOLOGUES. Wowo is my nickname. I was told that it came from the word "wow". I believed them. I envision this blog to be a wonderful monologue as told by Wowo, just a hodgepodge of all things I find wonderful. I just came back from a year of hiatus. New blog posts weekly.
