Join the fastest growing business English school in Japan!
2017 looks really promising and we, at BIZMATES are expecting a HUGE rush of students as the new year opens. We are looking forward to meet you! :)
Why work with Bizmates, you ask?
I hope that you can read on as I tell you a little something about why you should partner with us. (READ: Biz=business + Mates=partners, so we're basically business partners) *wink*
If you don't have that much time to read and excited to apply: visit bizmates.ph NOW!
I've been working online since 2012. I've done research, admin work, article writing, etc. But I've always been passionate about teaching, and I don't have any plans of stopping soon.
As of this writing, I've been with Bizmates for 11 months. I stumbled upon an ad of Bizmates December 2015 and sent my application before the year ended. By the start of January 2016, I started working as an English trainer and I've been a satisfied trainer since.
The Pay
Compared to other online English schools that I've worked for, Bizmates offers a competitive compensation to the efforts of their energetic and goal-driven trainers. I'm always inspired to reach my targets and maintain the high quality of training to my students. If you just want to have your ends meet, you can work part-time. It's a no-work, no-pay policy so if you want to buy that phone, pay for your tuition or whatever; just add more hours to your work time.
The Flexibility
The schedule is really flexible. A lot have asked me how I managed to keep a job that I can juggle with law school. Aside from the fact that I'm not a full load law student this year, Bizmates does not put additional pressures to the trainers. The system works in such a way that you only open the slots when you can work and close when you can't teach. So, you can attend all those parties and school activities if need be.
The Company
Bizmates is a SEC-registered company with headquarters in Japan. It's practically new, but throughout its existence for more or less 5 years, it was able to establish a lead in helping Japanese professionals achieve their business English needs. Bizmates cultivates cultural diversity. Teachers of all nationalities can become part of the team. The top management are nice people, you can freely air your concerns to them. Even the support team are really helpful.
The Students
I've had several instances in the other online English schools in the past where the student was rude or won't listen to me. But the students in Bizmates maintain professionalism throughout. They are focused on their goals. They're passionate about learning and they're very courteous. But if and when there will be a rotten tomato on the bunch, Bizmates offers a very good back up support for the trainers.
The 5-step application process won't take long and it's all done ONLINE!
